2010 Nebraska School-Age and Youth Development Core Competencies
We need you! The Core Competencies were developed by a fifty person statewide team to help youth development professionals have a better understanding of the types of skills needed by staff working in their programs to develop and implement quality programs for school age youth.
We need outside eyes to review this document. Please download the Core Competencies and use this response sheet to provide us with information about how these Core Competencies can better serve your needs.
If you are interested in hosting a regional focus group to discuss this document with your colleagues, please contact the Nebraska Community Learning Network. We have developed a power point presentation and scripted a series of discussion questions that we would be happy to share with you that can help you discuss this document in your community.
